No. TrialStack does not use customer data, protocols, or uploaded documents to train public or shared AI models. Your content remains your content. We use AI models as processors, not as training recipients. Where third-party model providers are involved, we use enterprise configurations with data retention disabled.
You do. All uploaded documents, structured data, AI outputs, and derived materials belong to your organization. TrialStack does not claim ownership of your content.
TrialStack is hosted on Microsoft Azure using enterprise cloud infrastructure. Data residency depends on your configuration and agreement. We support EU data hosting for customers requiring EU-only storage. We do not store production customer data on personal devices or unmanaged infrastructure.
Data storage location depends on your deployment region. If you require EU-only hosting, we support this. Sub-processors and infrastructure providers are listed in our Trust Center with transparency on processing locations.
Yes. We provide a GDPR-compliant Data Processing Agreement as part of our standard contract. We support controller-processor and processor-subprocessor frameworks aligned with EU data protection law.
